Why my puppys died?

My boxer had puppys. All of them died.They had blood come from there mouth, stopped eating, only one had blood from rectum. Someone told me low blood sugur? My female has had all her shots, but a vet. gave her a rabbies shot when she was pregnant with 3 weeks to go. What do you think?

Rabies shots are not supposed to be given to pregnant dogs but that probably did not kill the pups if she was that far along.
This was probably from herpes virus which is a common killer of pups especially if the mom has the infection while she is pregnant and about to deliver. You can read about this virus here

If the pups were nursing it was not likely low blood sugar that caused death.
Chilling can kill puppies as can birth defects and diseases such as herpes and even infections in the abdomen from the umbilical cord getting infected.

The best way to learn from this would be to have your vet do a necropsy of one of the pups (like a human autopsy) to find out just what killed it. If you decide to breed your dog again you want to make sure the same problem does not happen so finding out what went wrong is important to future decisions.
