canine vaginitus

I have a 2yr old doberman which I bred on June 10th since then she has had a milky discharge. I took her to a holistic vet because I did not want to treat her with any antiobiotics in case she is in gestation. He did a vaginal slide and it came back vaginitus
He put her on some holistic meds and it is not clearing up Is there anything else I can do for her. I do not want this to get out of hand I need to treat is quickly. Thank you
