HI John,
She is the "classic presentation" for splenic cancer. This may not be true, but I am worried because of her history and the current listless behavior.
I wish there was something magical I could do for you over the internet but there is not.
However, why don't you try geting her to re-hydrate. She sounds a bit dehydrated so, see if this helps before running her to your vet tonight.
I would give her soup (My GSD loves Campbells chicken noodle and this is a nice bland soup to try.)
I would give her at least two cans over the next 4-5 hours (made into soup)
If this perks her up you are on the right track, but I still think you should have repeat blood work and radiographs done. You may not be able to save her for ever, but you can sure make her comfortable and happy for a while!
