Gotti Giovanni - My 2 yr old chocolate lab

my 2 yr old lab just had his ears flushed because of prolonged ear infection, But now he shakes his head more then he did when they were filled with wax, why? Is this a sign ofit curing or should I be concerned ?

Another questrion is how do I know that the Vet din't damage my dogs ear canal ?
