unfortunately my dog is really sick im waiting for tomorrow so that i can make an appointment with the vet. my dog is shaking votmitting and she can''t lift her head. im really trying to figure out what she may have can you please help me its very upsetting seeing your pet like this thank u so much

the vomitting started today only once in the morning. she just ate she doesn't have any diarrhea she is up to date on her vaccinations. im really concerned because she is constantly shaking and depressed. her nose is really dry with little bumps. i just took a look at her teeth and they are normal.

Reply to Dr. K's Post: this started yesterday but where her vet is located   they don't work on the weekends. she could lift up her head. she could stand up and walk normal but when i took her out yesterday she couldn't go up the stairs i had to carry her. When she tries to bark she cries .She constantly shakes i don't know if she has arthris.
