Thanks for replying back with the additional information.
It's not uncommon for softer stools to cause irritation as it goes too quickly down the intestinal tract. This in turn grabs the mucus lining with it as it moves down, and the irritation can cause some bleeding as well if not treated quickly enough. This clear mucus is not the concern as much as the softer stool could be, as it can easily turn to diarrhea, as evidenced by her gas and obvious intestinal upset now. Getting to the bottom of the loose stool will solve this issue, and the GI needs to be calmed with the following protocol. Straining may be noticed at times because of the irritation occuring, causing your dog to think she has to defecate more, whether she does or not.
Sometimes dogs just get intestinal upsets which can be fixed easily, and can be attempted to clear up at home as long as the dog is acting normally otherwise, non-painful, and still eating. If it doesn't clear up at home, then a vet appointment is necessary, as antibiotics or deworming or just something to settle the GI tract may be needed.
For now, don't feed anything for 12 hours, but do allow water if she'll drink. (If not, she can always have some unflavored pedialyte). Then when you do feed, give a bland diet like boiled chicken or boiled hamburger meat with white rice (1:1 ratio). No treats, and don't let her eat grass either. Continue this diet for a couple of days as the stool firms up. Once firmed up, gradually go back to the regular diet over the course of a few meals.
If needed (if diarrhea occurs), you could also give Immodium (loperamide), which dosing information found here:

I wouldn't worry for now if she's acting fine, try this, and if not clearing up in a couple of days, you'll want to make a vet appointment then, bringing along a fresh stool sample for analysis.
Best of luck, and let me know if I can help further.
