14 yr old male cocker spaniel,has excessive itching all over the body,most of his hair has fallen out,skin is excessively dry and has bleeding scabs.vivited 4 vets over the past 6 months,tried all types of antibiotics and sprays,blood tests revealed nothing skin graphs revealed no bugs,can u help?
