Puppies Contracting Parvo Virus

My dog had a litter of 11 puppies last December, and is currently expecting another litter. We lost our last litter at 12 weeks old due to parvo. Is there something that we can do to help prevent these puppies from getting it ?? Our dog is an outside dog and there is no way to keep her contained in the house 24/7 for 12 weeks to keep her from bringing it in????
