my dogs limp tail

My dog has a onset of limp tail. It started yesterday, and the day before I gave him a bath in cold water. 3 days before it started he got his rabies booster, Dhlpp and lyme diesease shots. He is a beagle/shepard mix. Nothing else seem to be bothering him, he is eating fine and walking/running fine. His tail just doesn't go up like it used to. Any ideas?
