my dogs head in caving in and he has growths on his body

the right side of his head seems to have caved in he
gets a lot of muscus in his right eye and it seem to have
some blood in it I am afraid he needs to be put down ,
but my husband says he isn't in pain because he is
eating as normal. His bowls don't seem to be working
right either he get diaerra that is a big mess.

It sounds like the dog may have an intestinal problem and could have a problem with the nerves in his face area called Horners' Syndrome. You can read about this here

It could also be your dog has an eye infection or is suffering from having been hit by a car etc.
The dog needs vet care for both problems.
Your husband is wrong about the pain as dogs often don't show it easily and at the very least the diarrhea is hurting him.
Please get your pet to a vet.

The Horner's can make it look like the head is caving in due to muscle wasting from the nerve problem.

The loss of muscle will do that. This could be from other issues including a blow to the head, adrenal disease, and some breeds have inherited disorders that can cause this, and cancer can cause it also.
