Nine yr old dog pees on bed and in my lap. But has no reaction, as if she didn't know. I just had her on antibiotics 2 weeks ago for a UTI. Could the vet have missed something? they did $300 worth of lab tests.

They did culture the urine, and assured me they prescribed the proper antibiotic.

Any other ideas?

Then you need to call them and discuss this with them. The dog may need to continue on it a little longer or it may be a hormonal issue that a totally different medication should be able to help.
