my dog has a constent phlemy cough then ends in vomitting foamy mucus. She can't seem to bark either she just coughs. She is a year old black lab mix 48lbs.   She doesn't act any differect she plays ball and runs normal just at home and at night especially she coughs uncontrollably. Thanks
