Hi, my dog recently seemed sick. Last night her eyes were half shut & she had little energy. Today she has plenty of energy but she had blood in both her poop + she discharged a medium size puddle of bloody/ watery mess too. Is there anything that I can give her or do myself or should I take her to the vet immediatly? Any help would be very muchly appreciated. Thank you.
