I sure do. It sounds like a hematoma and is caused when they shake their head and pop a blood vessel. You dog needs to see a vet tomorrow to have this taken care of and to get an ear exam to see why he is shaking his head so. It may be ear mites or an ear infection. Do not give him anything else to eat or drink tonight so if they are able to do it in the morning he will be on an empty stomach so they can safely give him anesthesia to fix this.
