My dog, a 4 year old Malamute, has been throwing up all day. I gave her a little peanut butter around 1030 and she started around 1100am and threw up all her food and is now just throwing up what appears to be stomach acid (yellow and liquid). She's never had this reaction to peanut butter before, if that's even what is causing it. What can I do to help her? Could something be wrong with her?

It's always best to get to the root of the problem. Although I doubt a little peanut butter could cause the vomiting you've described there's always a possibility of an allergy. With dogs it's always difficult to know exactly what they may have ingested throughout the day. It's possible she ate something she shouldn't have & the peanut butter merely put her over the top, so to speak. Certainly if these symptoms continue I would advise you have her examined by a vet to properly diagnose the cause. In the meantime you can make her more comfortable with a dose of Pepto-Bismol and a diet of boiled rice & chicken.
