If you have any flea shampoo, give her a bath. She needs to get rid of the fleas. Make sure you put some mineral oil in her eyes to protect them from the shampoo. Don't use human shampoo since it isn't made for their skin and can irritate it more. Also make an appointment with your vet, her eyes may have an infection in them which can cause some of the discharge. Have her ears checked also since they may also be infected and can definitely cause her some pain and distress.

Reply to Mickie's Post: Do we need to take her to vet asap or when and how much will the vet charge? We are on a tight budjet

If she has an eye infection you want to get her in as soon as possible. It could be the beginning of an ulcer which is very painful and can cause permanent damage to her eyes. You will need to check with your local vet for prices as they can vary quite a bit from clinic to clinic. If you have any eye wash (sterile saline) you can rinse her eyes with this but it will not correct the problem.
