Did your dog eat something different that would give her diarrhea?

When dogs get pregnant, the hormone changes activate worms in muscles to migrate.... (roundworms in particular)

that is how puppies are BORN with roundworms... (trans-placental)...

Is your dog on a heartworm pill, has she seen a vet, has she been dewormed?

Reply to HonestVet's Post: She has not had anything different that I know of.
She is on a heartworm pill, she's seen the vet twice since she's been pregnant, and she has never been dewormed...that I know of.

Hmmm... heartworm pills deworm once a month...

I don't think this is an emergency for you to rush to the vet tonight.

I would allow her water tonight, but not food, and bring her to your vet tomorrow to have a fecal check and make sure there is not another parasite (precipitated by the stress of pregnancy) or bacterial problem.

With a pregnant dog, you need to keep close tabs, which you are!!
