My new dog (adopted 1 1/2 weeks ago from a shelter) seems to be having skin pigmentation changes, round his penis and back legs (front and back) especially. Is this something to be concerned about? The dog is estimated to be three years old and is currently taking doxycycline for a respiratory infection. He shows no signs of skin discomfort.
