MY ROTTIE'S EARS/FLAPS HAVE SUDDENLY SWOLLEN AND ARE HOT TO THE TOUCH.HE KEEPS SHAKING HIS HEAD, CONSTANTLY, BUT.HIS BEHAVIOR OTHERWISE SEEMS NORMAL,EATS,DRINKS WATER. WE WERE IN UPSTATE NY,IN WOODS AND A CREEK.HE STUCK HIS HEAD OUT THE WINDOW OF CAR ON WAY HOME.
IS THIS A CRITICAL/AN EMERGENCY?
