Hello, I have a questions my female dog is fixed and she is 8 yrs old; she has some vaginal disharge what can this be?

Spayed dogs can have vaginitis or can have urinary tract infections either of which can cause a discharge.
In rare cases there can also be infections of the stump of the uterus left when the spay was done.
It is something worth having your vet check as she may need antibiotics or other care to clear this up.
