my dog is thowing upa and has diarrhea. It is yellow in color and her nose is still cold and wet. what could this be from and what can i do to help her

Your dog vomitting and have diarhea can be the cause of many things.

How long has your dog been having these problems?

Is she doing this shortly after eating or drinking?

Has she had any changes in her diet?

Is it common for her to eat things off the street or outside, or any events that could have given her the chance eating something she shouldn't?
