my rottwieller is approx. 10 years old and has lumps on him that are hard and do not move. The vet I took him to said that he might have cancer and that he is to old to do anything. Well today he started coughing and trying to throw up. It has lasted all day. Do you think he is dieing? and do you think he is to old to do anything??

Reply to Jane Lefler's Post: he is still eating and drinking. He doesnt act like he is in pain at all. I give him aspirin everyday because that is what my vet said to do and it seems like he is doing okay with it. I am just worried about the coughing. His abdomen isnt swollen or stomach is not swollen. And he goes to the bathroom okay.
Could he just have a cold or like the flu?? If so then what do I give him???
