non surgical tx for fatty tumors in older dogs

what types of non-surgical treatments available for fatty tumors in older dogs? 14 year old dog with arthritis, had tumor removed from front underarm 2 years age and now has grown back. Blood tests reveal that surgery would not be safe. Bruno is a spaniel mix about 50lbs.

  I wanted to also add that with my dog, the heavier she was the more obvious her lypoma's were and when I kept her on the thin side(helpped with her bad hips also) the lypoma's weren't as noticable...they didn't go away but definately weren't as large.
