I HAVE A BLACK LAB THATS 7 YEARS OLD AND WHEN MY BROTHER WENT TO SCRATCH HER BELLY SHE NIPPED AT HIM MY SON DID THE SAME AND SHE TRYED TO NIP AT HIM IALSO TRYED AND SHE TRIED TO NIP AT ME TO THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO THIS IS MY HUSBAND. COULD SHE BE PREGNENT?

Are there any signs of pregnancy? Weight gain, known sexual activity, mammory gland swelling,mothering or nesting activity? If so then she might if not she could have many of a number of things. She could have a possible intestional disorder or injury to the abdominal area. In some cases your pet can get very sensative during pregnancy or there could be another health issue going on. If you suspect pregnancy I would have it confirmed by my veterinarian. It could also be the sign of a false pregnancy. If there are any other signs that you can give me I may be able to diagnose this better for you.
