our poodle of 8 months old is walking around and stumbling over,or when he sits there he just shakes and twiches. but other than that he acts normal. he still plays and runs around but he will lose his balance and fall over. its been going on for about an hour.

It may be he just didn't eat enough and played too hard and ran out of energy.
I'd give him a small meal if he will eat it and see if that holds him from this problem again.
If this happens again I'd plan on your vet checking him over.
It could be he has an ear infection impacting his balance, he may have a problem with diabetes, or he might have a seizure issue just starting to show.
If he falls over and you see his tongue go blue, gray, or purple then I'd get him to a vet as that can indicate a heart problem.
If it goes white that can indicate shock or anemia as an issue.
If he seems fairly OK now but is still wobbly in the morning I'd call your vet and consider a check up for him just in case.
If he has another episode you may want to consider seeing an emergency vet tonight.
Hope this helps you!
