why is my poodle start vomiting?

gave her a bath and put Sergeant's flea and tick powder in her bed that I keep on the sunporch gave her a treat sergeant's tastee bac'n and when i went to bring her in the house I notice the vomit. this morning I went to walk her and I notice more vomiting
