My puppy is about 13 weeks old she has been to the vet twice and received vacanations. They took a stool sample and everything came back negative. But about 48 hrs later she started pooping blood and vomitted once with a worm in it. We went back to the vet and they then said she had worms because of the one in her vomit but the stool sample came back negative. The gave her a dewormer and They also tested her for parvo but that came back negative. That was two or three weeks ago. She has puked twice since then and she has had 3 different days (spread out) of loose or watery stools and the last one had muscus. What could be wrong with her?

Stool sample tests can show negative results if the worms are at a stage where they are not laying eggs. It is not uncommon to administer worming medication to pups as a routine treatment regardless of the stool sample results every 2-3 weeks until they are 3-4 months old. There are other parasites that will not be taken care of by routine worming, one being coccidia. The signs you are seeing could be the result of coccidia. Also what are you feeding her? This can affect the nature of her stool too.

Reply to Dr Andrea's Post: She is eating science diet (and we tried other food as the vet told us too) and my fiancee has her sister from the litter and she also first had the same reaction but since the 2nd visit she has not had any more loose stools or vomiting-My puppy has. just the last two days there has been 3 incidents. It stumps me too that she does not have the other usual signs... she urinates fine, she eats, has intrest in food, plays with the other dogs, gums are pink... I am stumped.. Thank you for your response! I am willing to pay more. My dogs are family...

Thank you so much. They have an appointment later this week.I just didn't know. I have acidophilus that I take each day. I will call my vitamin supplier and ask them what dose I could give her. Also does ringworm cause any intestinal or stomach symptoms or is it just a skin disorder? She does have a few tiny little spots (like a seed but not perfectly round) on her head. They aren't bumps and they arent really bald but thinne hair. but they are pretty small. All of the pictures I have found on google for ringworm have been large spots and discoloration and bald. could these be "play wounds" - her and the other dogs like to rough up a little.. Sorry I didnt bring this up before

Great! Hopefully you can things addressed at your vet visit.
For acidophilus dose, you can give a little dog maybe a 1/4-1/2 capsule sprinkled on the food daily. It wouldn't hurt to give it to the other pup too.
Ringworm is only a skin problem. The little thin spots may only be 'battle scars' and their fur is so fine and thin anyway. If the spots get bigger and spread you may want to get a skin scraping to check for demodectic mange.
