My puppy has very puffy eyes and puffy nose, she is always sneezing and seems to be sleeping alot.

This sounds like it might be either a possible allergic reaction to a insect sting or bite or it might be a puppy illness called juvenile cellulitis or puppy strangles (name is worse than the disease). Usually you see skin sores with that though.
If the pup has any cuts or bites this could also be due to infection.
Pitbulls as a breed are know for skin problems, allergies, and immune system issues.

If your dog got any tylenol that might be the problem too.
You should have your vet check her out.

Reply to Nancy Holmes's Post: I accept answer. However she might have been bit about 3 weeks ago from another dog. would it take this long for her to show symtoms of infection. also a house bunt down a week ago next door lots of black smoke.

Irritations from toxins in smoke could certainly cause inflammation and swelling.
Sometimes infections linger and pop up later if they manage to overwhelm the dog's natural immune system response.
I do think a vet check up is your best bet - an in person exam is usually the easiest way to determine what the problem is.
