I recently had a puppy for the last 4 months, he had all his shots. He would not wuit bitting and his mouth just kept grabbing air like just moving motion. I finally (due to him bitting so much) turned him over to the Humane society, I explained everything and they said that it could be neurological or the beginning of distemer. Is that true? Could it be distempper even when hes had all his shots reguarly.
