Puppy Sleep Problems

My 12 week old Golden Retriver puppy will not sleep through the night, even though she has done so for the past three weeks. This all started this Monday. What could be wrong? She will only sleep for about 4 or 5 hours and then howl until we come and get her out of the crate.
