new puppy with problems

a puppy about 4-5 weeks old showed up on our doorstep last night, the puppy looks healthy but when it had a 2nd and 3rd bowel movement there was blood in it, the blood is bright red and the stool is getting watery and diarrhia like? What do you think it is, and can I do the fixing of this at home? I am unemployed and can not afford a vet right now.
