Hi jennysp,
When did the vomiting start?
How many times has she vomited today?
If you lift her upper lip and feel her gums above her teeth, are they dry and sticky or wet and slimy? What color are they?
Is she having any diarrhea?
Is she up-to-date on her vaccinations?

the vomitting started today only once in the morning. she just ate she doesn't have any diarrhea she is up to date on her vaccinations. im really concerned because she is constantly shaking and depressed. her nose is really dry with little bumps. i just took a look at her teeth and they are normal.

Can she literally, physcially not lift her head at all...or are you saying this more to describe that she is lethargic?
What do her gums feel like to you--wet and slimy or dry and sticky?

For how long has she been having this type of problem with her head?
Is she able to stand up and walk normally?
Can she turn her head from side to side?
