Question

One of my Airedales comes down with depression,

Sent to Dog Experts May 12 12:23 a.m.

One of my Customer (name blocked for privacy) comes down with depression, head down and tilted to the right, stands, pants, but still has an appetite. This happens the first week of every month, between the 3rd and 5th day. It has ocurred March 5, April 3 and May 4. After a day or two he's okay again. Any ideas? All blood tests negative. Since when is an Airedale terrier a cat?

Do you give any monthly medications or flea applications?
Does he do any swimming before this happens?
Does he get any special treat from anyone in that time period? (Think about visitors as well as family.)
