Hello,

I'm sorry to hear your dog is uncomfortable, but yes, this does sound like a urinary tract or bladder infection, and she may even have developed bladder stones, so a vet visit, ASAP, is necessary.

If you can bring her to an ER vet center for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, that would be great, and she'll be feeling more comfortable, as soon as her symptoms start abating.
