Just came back from a vacation, friday 1st time road ...

Just came back from a vacation, friday 1st time road trip for our minature schnauzer, 9 hour trip, stopped for rest/gave cold water/ she didn''t eat much.. Sunday morning, she had stool with blood, rest of afternoon/evening she pass blood only from her bowel...thinking she was simply overheated from GA weather we continued on, now she''s at home and listless but alert, and beginning to vomit blood...could she have caught worms?
