dry itchy bumps

my cocker spaniel, black one, almost 4 years old, has dry skin lately and is getting all these bumps on his skin, small ones that are very itchy to him, it has nothing inside them, just appears to be small, itchy bumps. what can be done for them?

  Had you taken her in to your vet since your last post when she was getting the bumps on her chin area? If so, were any meds given and have they helped? Are they the same type bumps as before?

Reply to ZooCVT's Post: THIS IS MY OTHER DOG, MY SPRINGER HAS THE BUMPS ON HER CHIN. THESE BUMPS ARE JUST SMALL , RAISED AREAS ON HIS SKIN WITH NOTHING INSIDE THEM, BUT THEY ARE VERY ITCHY TO THE DOG. I WAS JUST TOLD IT WAS FROM DRY SKIN.
