my female Boston Terrier has puppies that are 5 1/2 weeks old. She appears to be in heat again.She is spotting blood. My male has been trying to hook up for the past 2 days. Is this possible? Is it safe to breed her if so?

NO do not let them breed. She sounds like she either has a urinary tract infection or a uterine infection. She needs to see a vet tomorrow to rule these out. She is probably going to need some antibiotics. At her age she may have pyometra and they may have to spay her. Do take her tomorrow. If this were helpful please remember to accept it.
