my fox terrier is 10 yrs old with a heart murmur.   Yesterday he was throwing up green and yellow fluid. Today he did not throw up however is stomach feels hard and bloated and he seems sluggish from the back end. His back legs seem week, but he did eat some boiled chicken and rice just just a half hour ago. He seems to have no strength to jump up on chairs like normal. Help..
